Timo Devincke

Timo obtained his Master’s degree in Law, specialising in tax law, from Ghent University in 2021. After graduating, he completed the Postgraduate Programme in Tax Law & Tax Practice at the Fiscale Hogeschool in Brussels, where he was awarded the Moore Prize for Tax Procedure. He began his career as a consultant at a renowned consultancy firm. He joined Tiberghien in 2026 and is a member of the Ghent Bar.

Within the HR Tax team, Timo focuses on the tax and parafiscal aspects of international employment for employees, directors and the self-employed. His areas of expertise include payroll taxation, taxation of non-residents, double taxation treaties, cross-border social security, remuneration policy, equity incentives, payroll compliance and salary splits.
