Cyril obtained a Master's degree in Law from UCLouvain in 2024, after completing his Bachelor's degree at the University of Namur. During his Master's degree, he participated in an Erasmus Belgica programme at Ghent University. In 2025, he also obtained a postgraduate degree in tax law from the Fiscale Hogeschool.

Cyril joined Tiberghien in 2025 after being sworn in at the Brussels Bar.
