Jeronimo is an experienced tax and legal professional with over 20 years’ experience, primarily in the Luxembourg’s legal, accounting and corporate services sectors. He has developed in-depth expertise in Luxembourg direct taxation, international tax planning, cross-border structuring, substance, tax and corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and transfer pricing, as well as legal, regulatory and financial processes.

He has advised private equity, real estate, venture capital and infrastructure investment funds, global asset management companies, multinational corporations, financial institutions, high net worth individuals, family offices, FinTechs and start-ups, on the Luxembourg aspects of cross-border structures, transactions, tax issues and optimization.

Prior to joining Tiberghien Luxembourg, Jeronimo worked for several years at a well-known Benelux law firm and Big 4 firms based in Luxembourg (2006-2020). He has also held senior in-house positions in private wealth management and fintech groups, and has served as an independent non-executive director (2021-2025).

Jeronimo is not admitted to the Luxembourg bar.
