Tobias Andries

Tobias Andries graduated with a Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven in 2017. One year later, in 2018, he completed his law studies with a Master's degree in Taxation, also from KU Leuven.

After his studies, Tobias joined the legal profession. He was sworn in on 3 September 2018 and has been a member of the Antwerp Bar since then.

Tobias specialises in tax law (income tax, taxes equivalent to income tax, inheritance and registration taxes, VAT, local and regional taxes, European and international taxation, etc.). Over the years, he has built up particular expertise in conducting tax proceedings (both administrative and judicial).

He advises both private individuals and companies.

As part of his expertise, Tobias regularly contributes to professional literature. In 2023, this earned him the TFR prize for best annotation, an award presented each year by the editors of the Tijdschrift voor Fiscaal Recht (Tax Law Journal) to recognise texts written by young authors in the field of tax law.

Tobias joined the firm in June 2025.
