Franck-Olivier Cera

Franck joined Tiberghien in 2024.

With a wealth of more than 20 years’ experience, Franck has a broad range of expertise in corporate, financial laws and investment management.

His practice focuses on advising promoters, private investors and mid-sized asset managers in relation to funds formation, ongoing operation and liquidation of regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, having as diverse strategies as private equity, venture capital, real estate, debt and crypto assets. In this context, he also advises private investors in the conduct of the legal due diligence process.

As part of his experience, Franck worked several years in the banking & finance departments of law firms and as in-house counsel with Société Générale in Luxembourg.

He was a lecturer at the University of Nancy and conducted training classes on drafting of shareholders’ agreement.

Franck is fluent in French, English and Italian.
