Guillaume Delfosse

Guillaume Delfosse is a lawyer at the Brussels Bar, specialising in tax law.


He began his career at Tiberghien in 2014. He worked in the tax team of an international law firm, Allen&Overy, and then Simont Braun. In 2024, Guillaume joined Tiberghien as Counsel.


Guillaume advises family groups, entrepreneurs and investors on the tax aspects of their projects. His practice includes corporate tax law, wealth planning and tax litigation.

In addition to his activities as a lawyer, Guillaume is a lecturer at the Solvay Brussels School (taxation of mergers and acquisitions), an assistant in tax law at the ULB and deputy secretary-general of the Belgian branch of the Internal Fiscal Association.

 

Guillaume studied law and philosophy. He won the Faculty of Law-prize of the University faculties Saint-Louis in Brussels in 2011. During his studies, he represented his university in simulations of the United Nations in New York (2010) and in Washington (2011). He completed his Master in Law with an Erasmus exchange program at Trinity College in Dublin. Guillaume then specialized in corporate law at the KULeuven (in Dutch) and in tax law at the ULB.
