There are four steps involved in applying to work at Tiberghien:
Step 1 - CV and cover letter
Send your C.V. and motivation letter to HR@tiberghien.com. Be sure to mention the job for which you want to apply.
Our recruiters will then see if your profile matches what the office requires and if there’s a vacancy for which you are eligible.
You will receive a response from us within two weeks.
Step 2 - Telephone screening
Our recruiters will then call you to assess your motivation and find out if you're interested in the opportunities in the office we think suit you.
If everything turns out to be positive, we’ll arrange a suitable time for an introductory interview.
Step 3 - Introductory interview
During the introductory interview with our HR Director, you will be given more information about how our office operates, the vacancy and what Tiberghien has to offer.
Our HR Director then assesses how well you match our office culture and if the job really does match your profile.
Step 4 - Interview(s) with your mentor
If the HR department thinks you are the right person for us, we will arrange at least one interview with the partner of the department where you will start and/or the person who will be your mentor.
In some cases, you will have to undergo a small test or answer some substantive questions. So come prepared.
And when you have successfully completed all these steps? Then you can expect a detailed collaboration proposal within the week and we’ll be delighted to welcome you as a new colleague at Tiberghien!
