Administration
‘Administration’ is the collective name for all of our administrative staff, including the management assistants who are our lawyers’ right hand men and women, the receptionists who receive our clients in a professional manner and our general assistants who safeguard the proper management of our data. These are the people who make sure that everything runs smoothly 24/7 in our offices in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Hasselt or Luxembourg, depending on where they live.
Advocacy
We are proud of our professional practice, which consists of about one hundred dedicated professionals, who in addition to a Master’s degree in Law also have an Advanced Master’s degree in Taxation law and/or Notary law. Whether it concerns newly-qualified apprentice lawyers, experienced specialists, motivated partners and academic of counsels, they all have one thing in common: their deep interest in taxation.
Accounting & billing and debtor management
The colleagues of these two departments work together closely, ensuring that all financial processes run correctly and timely. Moreover, they are always on hand to provide additional explanations to their internal customers, meaning our employees. They work at the head office in Brussels.
HR
In an office environment such as Tiberghien’s, all the aspects of Human Resources are addressed: recruitment, compensation, training, assessment, coaching, career planning and more. Our HR employees divide their time across all five offices.
ICT
ICT staff play a crucial role at Tiberghien: they keep cooperation between colleagues running smoothly and assume responsibility for new projects. Their work covers all five offices.
Marketing
Our marketers are well-organised doers, who market our services, extend our network and help strengthen the Tiberghien brand. They help design the layout of our magazines and newsletters, streamline online communication and coordinate (internal and external) events. Their work covers all Benelux offices.
Paralegal
A law firm such as Tiberghien always needs professional support, including substantive assistance. Our team consisting of a librarian and paralegal assistants makes sure that professional practitioners receive a constant stream of up-to-date information, carries out research and helps lawyers with preparatory legal work.
