After obtaining her Master of Laws in 2022, with a major in tax law and a minor in economic law at KU Leuven, Noor earned a Postgraduate degree in Tax Law & Tax Practice at Fiscale Hogeschool Brussel in 2023. Noor started her career as an Indirect Tax Consultant at the largest independent accounting & consulting service provider in Belgium. In 2024, she joined the law firm Tiberghien.
Noor is part of the Tiberghien Indirect Tax team and specializes in all aspects of indirect taxes, with a focus on VAT.
