The deadlines for the filing of corporate income tax, legal entities tax and non-resident/corporate tax returns that had to be filed between 16 March (incl.) and 30 April (incl.) has automatically been postponed until 30 April 2020 (incl.).

To benefit from this measure, the taxpayer does not have to take any action, since the extension of the deadline is automatically granted.

There is currently no extension of the filing period for other declarations.
