Chambers and Partners International Tax Guide 2026
In the most recent edition of the Chambers Global Practice Guides – International Tax, Tiberghien has authored the Law and Practice chapters for Belgium and Luxembourg.
Within these chapters, Robin Minjauw and Anouk Van der Mast (Belgium), and Michiel Boeren, Jeronimo Charvarria, Maxime Grosjean and Gauthier Mary (Luxembourg), share their insights into the application and development of international tax law within their respective jurisdictions.
The International Tax 2026 guide provides a structured overview, on a jurisdiction‑by‑jurisdiction basis, of the key sources and core principles of international tax law, including tax residence, territoriality, permanent establishment, cross‑border income, anti‑avoidance measures, sanctions and dispute resolution. The uniform structure of the chapters allows for comparison between jurisdictions.
