The 2026 edition of the International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) – Private Client Laws and Regulations has now been released. For this edition, Griet Vanden Abeele, Alain Van Geel, and Emilie Van Goidsenhoven once again contributed the Belgian Q&A chapter. This 15th edition offers an in-depth analysis of key topics affecting private client legislation, including pre-entry tax planning, tax considerations for inbound investments, succession planning, trusts and foundations, immigration matters, and the application of tax treaties.
