Cédric joined Tiberghien in 2010 and has been a member of the Luxembourg bar since 2014.

Cédric Paulus is Senior Associate and has 18 years of experience in Luxembourg and international tax law. Cédric advises high net worth individuals, multinationals and small & medium enterprises on all kinds of tax matters, including the tax aspects in relation to structuring acquisitions via Luxembourg regulated and non-regulated vehicle.

Cédric has a strong experience discussing and negotiating Advance Tax Agreements with the Luxembourg tax authorities.

Before joining Tiberghien, Cédric worked for 5 years as a tax consultant for an international audit firm in Luxembourg where he gained a solid experience in the field of private equity and real estate investments advising on tax matters related to the set-up of fund, deal structuring, merger and acquisition and divestitures.

Cédric is also a frequent speaker at tax conferences in Luxembourg.

Cédric speaks fluent French (mother tongue) and English and moderate Dutch and German.
