Larissa has been an attorney since October 2003 and has worked as attorney-counsel at Tiberghien since January 2016.

 

She obtained her law degree from the Université Catholique de Louvain and her notarial degree at the Catholic University Leuven. She has an additional degree in Estate Planning from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. She has also additional studies in tax law and mediation.

 

She specializes in family law and family property law.

 

As a member of the Family Litigation Team at Tiberghien, she advises and assists you in negotiations and in proceedings before Belgian courts, particularly in the areas of estates or inheritance cases, wills, gifts, divorce and break-up, child support, alimony or maintenance between ex-spouses, distribution and division of assets after divorce and after death, filiation and adoption.

 

Larissa acquired significant expertise in international cases, particularly in the areas of inheritance law and divorce. She has also been a member of the IAFL since 2020 (International Academy of Family Lawyers).

 

She also has particular expertise in the tax aspects impacting her clients in inheritance, divorce and separation situations, as well as in the areas of alimony / maintenance between ex-spouses and child support. 

 

Larissa speaks French, Dutch and English.
