Andréas Molter

Andréas joined Tiberghien Luxembourg in 2021 and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2019.

He has experience in advising both financial institutions and corporate borrowers across a wide range of multi-jurisdictional finance transactions. He has regularly represented lenders and borrowers on lending transactions involving the structuring and negotiation of Luxembourg collateral arrangements.

Andréas also assists domestic and international corporate clients with the structuring and setting up of Luxembourg commercial companies, their ongoing activities and specific corporate transactions (group restructuring, corporate governance, migration, dissolution and liquidation). His practice also includes advising clients with the structuring, establishment and operation of Luxembourg domiciled alternative investment funds.

Before joining Tiberghien Luxembourg, Andréas worked for nearly two years in the Banking & Finance and Funds & Investment Management practices of a top-15 Luxembourg law firm and of an offshore international law firm. He also worked for two years in a boutique law firm.
