Céline is tax lawyer and member of the Bar Association of Ghent since 2003.

 

She is part of the Litigation team of Tiberghien since 2020 and was appointed Partner in January 2024. Céline assists private clients as well as entrepreneurs and SMEs in disputes with Tax Authorities. Hereby, she assists her clients during (unannounced) tax audits and dealing with disputes relating direct tax matters.

 

She also defends her clients’ interests during administrative and judicial proceedings (tax litigation).

 

Céline has acquired a large experience in (negotiating court settlements of) tax crime cases.

 

She has developed a particular expertise and practical experience in voluntary tax disclosures and repatriation of foreign assets.
