During this symposium, the intended Belgian reform of succession law from a comparative perspective is discussed. Experts from France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and Great Britain will shed light on how the aforementioned objectives are dealt with in their legal system. The closing speech will be held by the Minister for Justice.
